Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Dazzling Delights order, you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to an inspection. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business day.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchange them for the same item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately custom made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded/exchanged unless defective.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us at info@dazzlingdelights.com and we will send you further instructions and a return address. Dazzling Delights will not be liable for the shipping and insurance costs for any parcels returned for a refund, and exchange or a resizing, except in the case of the goods being damaged/defective on arrival. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items damaged/defective on arrival, there will be no charge to return the product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Replacement items delivery time will be subject to the same timeframe as per the original shipment
