Shipping Policy

All Dazzling Delights online purchases are delivered using our trusted shipping partners who specialize in secure national and international delivery. The specific service used will depend on the required delivery location.

Delivery:

Shipping is free for all Dazzling Delights online orders with a total order value over $50. Orders with a total order value under $50 will incur a shipping fee, the amount thereof will depend on the delivery location and will be shown to you during checkout. Expedited shipping via FEDEX or DHL is also available and may be selected at checkout if you require urgent delivery of your purchase. Tracking is available for all shipments, whether standard or expedited shipping is chosen.

All jewellery by Dazzling Delights is handmade to order and will be shipped approximately 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design. We will give you an ETA on custom orders on request.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

International deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Depending on the country, the recipient may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery or at the point of arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
